Master (MATESPACK) – MAteriali e TEcnologie Sostenibili per il PACKaging

 

The MATESPACK Master program, promoted by the Department of Industrial Engineering in collaboration with the PROPLAST union, established itself through favorable results and positive feedback obtained during its multiple editions, with partner companies and students expressing satisfactions and the number of job placements fulfilling the University’s expectations. The goal of this Master’s is to help students develop the abilities needed to operate in private manufacturing and in the packaging industry; especially in relation to the food industry and private/public institutions linked to the world of packaging. The Master’s also offers solid preparation to delve in the world of legal advice and work in entrepreneurial activities. Another main goal is to allow already established professionals to update and polish their knowledges in the area of packaging which is expanding and oriented toward innovation, competitiveness and sustainability. The program branches out in 8 modules and includes collaborations with institutions, universities and companies of international relevance (PROPLAST, Istituto Superiore di Sanità, Swansea University – UK, Welsh Centre for Printing and Coating (WCPC), CONAI/COREPLA/COMIECO, CNR – IPCB).
