Milan, October 11 2021
“To emerge stronger from this phase of transition, in search of good practices, reflection and challenges, we need highly specialized managerial and executive figures. This is why I am pleased to announce the renewal of the agreement with the La Sapienza University of Rome for the organization of the second edition of a unique course of its kind in Italy “, declares Anna Paola Cavanna, President of the Ethical Packaging Charter Foundation.
The CAF in Packaging Management has, as its training objective, the development of managerial and executive figures with positions of responsibility and skills in the administrative, managerial, technical and regulatory fields.
The program is structured to allow graduates to develop a highly professional training course related to the organizational and structural context of the packaging supply chain, flagship of the Italian trade balance with 34 billion value .
“We are pleased to give continuity to this Advanced Training Course which, for all of us teachers of Sapienza, has represented a truly engaging experience and in direct contact with many companies. The projects presented by the participants in the first edition, some of them quite ambitious, proved to be in line with the 10 Values of the Ethical Packaging Charter ”, comments Maurizio Boccacci Mariani, Director of the CAF and Lecturer in the Department of Management.
The work of the 21 participants, which ended last September, ranged from solutions for the food industry to the cosmetic one up to innovative projects for tertiary packaging. The participation in the course of several representatives from the same company who had the opportunity to develop group projects on product innovation and eco-design was interesting.
Since its inception, the Foundation has set itself among its priority objectives to support training as an indispensable tool for stimulating a new business culture and to prepare the future drivers of the packaging supply chain. As for the previous edition, also in 2022, the Foundation will sponsor 10 scholarships.
