Packaging: what a fantastic adventure! A traveling companion for humanity since prehistoric times

Supporting educational initiatives for young people is, for the Foundation, fundamental to guaranteeing an objective vision and building an informed future. From this premise was born the educational project for primary schools “Packaging: what a fantastic adventure! A traveling companion for humanity since prehistory.”.

174 Schools!

660 Classes!

12932 Students!

This is an educational project for primary schools designed together with Dracma Educational,an agency active in training for over 30 years, which consists of 10 exhaustive and engaging modules, presented with conceptual maps, with the packaging that has marked the history of humanity: from terracotta, symbol of the first chemical transformation carried out by man, to the amphora and the introduction of materials such as paper, glass, plastic, aluminum and steel. Each chapter is included in the Multimedia Lesson and can be freely used in class via IWB, following the school programme. Each slide contains texts, insights and exercises from an inclusive perspective. Like a journey through time, students can immerse themselves in different eras and historical environments, understanding the importance and progress resulting from each new type of packaging and material. The lessons are also conducted by educators remotely or with in-person workshops.

Pupils, classes and schools will be able to participate in the final competition by presenting their works and thus allowing the school to win some very useful prizes!
