Packaging Waste Expert
The EU Regulation 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on January 22, 2025, introducing new legislative provisions that will require significant and necessary adaptation measures in the coming years for all companies in the packaging supply chain, with particular focus on packaging manufacturers and users.
Companies in the sector are called upon to reorganize their business models to comply with the regulation’s requirements, which aim to promote sustainability, circularity, and innovation in production processes. Regulation 2025/40/EU represents a significant responsibility but also an opportunity to drive meaningful transformations in packaging management. It provides regulatory and technological tools that can redefine the future of businesses, enabling them to explore new business opportunities and enhance their competitive edge.
In response to these transformative changes, Ca’ Foscari Challenge School and the Fondazione Carta Etica del Packaging are launching the Packaging Waste Expert Advanced Training Course, designed to train professionals capable of addressing the challenges and seizing the opportunities presented by the new European regulatory framework.
