Great innovations have arrived in the Consumer Code and others are soon to come.
When we talk about the Consumer Code we are talking about a very specific law, Legislative Decree 206/2005, which contains the sum of consumer rights and protections both with regards to products and services, for any form of commercial sales activity, administration, etc.
Among the numerous rules that govern consumer relations, important attention is paid to advertising and correct information.
Since packaging is in fact a great communicator and informant, a large part of the marketing and user convincing activities are carried out and proposed through the packaging and what is printed on it.
Informative, Farsighted and Educational are 3 values ​​of the Packaging Ethics Charter which are well associated with the objectives of the Consumer Code and the contents of the Foundation’s day are developed precisely on these synergies:
